I, Me and Myself

My name is Thomas, but I prefer being called Tom. I was born in Vietnam and have been living in Seattle for about 13 years.  I’m currently attending only this class at South Seattle Community College since I have to work full time.
My major is accounting but I’m in banking industrial. I work 5 days/week. I spend my free time hanging out with my little niece. I love technology, electronic stuffs and of course my big passion is traveling. I travel almost every year. I’ve been to Amsterdam, Switzerland, Paris, Rome, Venice, Florence, Munich, Singapore, Malaysia, Taiwan, Thailand, Philippines, Hong Kong, Macau, China, Vietnam, Indonesia, Toronto, Vancouver, New York, Las Vegas, san Francisco, Atlanta, Washington DC, Virginia, Rhode Island, Boston, Texas, Arizona, Oregon, Miami, Caribbean Cruise, Mexico ( Cancun, Cabo San Lucas, Tijuana)
I like travelling not only because I want to discover the cultures of the country but also I love trying different foods from all over the world. I’m all about simple, down to earth; enjoy life with family and friends. My goal is only work and enjoy my life happily, and of course travel as much as I can since it is an amazing world out there with so many difference cultures and history.
As starting a blog, I’m hoping to share my experiences about places that I’ve been travel to and place that I will be going. I’ll blogging about places that I’ve been to with photos that I took. Let’s explore the world with me!
You can reach me at tvtthan@live.com in case you have any comments or questions.

  2. Thank you for checking out my blog. I took that picture in the fall while I tour the east coast. It is beautiful there in the east coast with the leaves falling and changing color. Have you been to Niagara Falls? It is so beautiful there. It is amazing to see how powerful the fall is and how small we are compare to our nature. I just use a regular digital camera and no I am not good at Photoshop.

  3. Hey Tom!
I like the picture to. I have been a lot of places to but most of mine were while I was in the Navy so you can imagine that they weren't always the best experiances. I hope someday I am able to travel as much as you.

  4. Tom, I'm really looking forward to reading your blog. I have traveled a great deal myself but only here in the United States. Does Canada and Mexico count as real international travel? LOL

  5. Tom, very cool picture! I enjoy traveling too, although I have not been to nearly as many places as you have. What has your favorite destination been so far? I am looking forward to seeing more pictures of your trips.

  6. Wyatt,

I love travel. I tried to go at least 2 to 3 places per year. It has been hard since I work full time and also go to school. My favorite place so far is Singapore. I love the mix culture there and it is also a great place to go to any south East Asia country. The food there is unique and also very safe, convenience, and easy access to anywhere. They also speak English there which is lots easy to communicate. Have you been there?

  7. Dr. McCarthy,
I love both Canada and Mexico. They are just next to us but so many differences. There are so many beautiful places in Mexico. My plan is to go further South America and I really want to go to Brazil, Rio. It looks so beautiful there. Where in Mexico have you been to? Did you go to Quebec Canada yet?
